A group of veteran guerrillas fighters and soldiers face the hatred of the past and the pains of the present, when they return, twenty five years later, to the neighborhoods of San Salvador where they fought the final battle of the Salvadoran Civil War.
Director and film producer of Mexican-Salvadoran nationality, Julio López has produced and directed audiovisual projects in all the countries of Central America and Mexico. As director, his first feature is the documentary The Battle of the Volcano. He is the Salvadoran director of the Central American collective film Days of light, in post-production stage.
